Base Access

Base Access

Students registered for courses on base must have a valid Department of Defense ID and/or obtain a visitor’s pass by contacting one of our military campus offices. The visitor’s pass may take up to 60 days and will require a background check against federal databases, meaning students are asked to present a Social Security number and a date of birth.

HPU does not provide transportation to/from each base location and students will be required to pick-up their own pass. HPU’s military base offices are not responsible for delayed pass approvals and reserves the right to refuse pass request submitted less than 60 days prior to the start of class.

We kindly ask students who are unable to obtain a valid base pass to withdraw from the courses, making room for others and avoiding any tuition fees.
