    “HPU has 100% made me a more global thinker,” reflects HPU senior, Connor Looney. In the summer of 2016, he had the opportunity to travel to China as part of a cultural exchange program to teach basketball to Chinese students.

    Associate Professor of Environmental Science Regina Ostergaard-Klem, Ph.D., represented HPU, working with the host committee of the 2016 IUCN World Conservation Congress held in Honolulu. It was an amazing opportunity to showcase the Hawaiian islands and its leadership in conservation.
