Executive Centre
The Executive Centre is located in downtown Honolulu (1088 Bishop Street), blocks from the HPU downtown campus, where students may walk to campus and access HPU facilities and various retail and dining options in the area. There are 57 furnished apartments (studio double occupancy, standard double occupancy, and deluxe double occupancy) designated as student residences. While there is a full kitchen, students may opt-in to a Pier Nine meal plan. These apartments are available for continuing students, transfers, and graduate students.
Opt-In Meal Plan:
8 Meals per week + $250 flex dollars: $2,895 per semester
Note: Residents may upgrade to one of the Pier Nine meal plans (14 meals per week, 16 meals per week, and All Access). Contact housing@hpu.edu to upgrade your plan.

EXECUTIVE CENTRE APPLICATION:
Step 1: Submit your Intent to Enroll Form and $200 Enrollment Deposit (if newly enrolled)
*We recommend submitting your Enrollment Deposit AT LEAST 48 hours in advance of when you plan to access the Housing Application
Step 2. Submit Your Housing Application and $400 Housing Deposit. Go to the Housing Portal and click "Housing Application" in the top menu to start your application.
Step 3. E-Sign your Housing Agreement via your HPU email to secure your spot on campus!

When you live at Executive Centre, you’ll enjoy apartment-style living in downtown Honolulu, conveniently located near HPU’s downtown campus, public transportation, restaurants, and shops. Each apartment is furnished and designed for two students, with a shared bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Standard and Deluxe Double units also feature a separate shared living area, while Deluxe Double units offer the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.
All students living at the Executive are required to purchase the meal plan. These meals are provided by the new full-service student dining facility, Pier Nine by Sam Choy, on the first floor of the Aloha Tower Marketplace. Meal plans are offered in three tiers. All meals are all you care to eat. The plans also include flex dollars for retail items, extra meals, or guests. Students must choose one plan when completing the Housing Application.
- 14 Meals per week with $250 flex dollars: $4,401 per semester
- 16 Meals per week with $150 flex dollars: $4,740 per semester
- All Access with $50 flex dollars: $5,079 per semester
