AcademicLiveCare

AcademicLiveCare

Additional counseling services available for students in graduate online degree programs and students in the hybrid graduate programs (including DPT and OTD programs).

Hawai'i Pacific University has expanded services to provide eligible graduate students with additional opportunities to see a medical professional or a counselor. Through our partnership with AcademicLiveCare (ALC), students now have access to an extensive online program featuring 24/7 on-demand counseling, urgent medical care, therapy and psychiatry all at no additional cost to the student. Whether you want to make a quick visit between classes, after dinner, or while traveling home on vacation, students can obtain on-demand virtual visits with a mental health professional on their smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Take advantage of this incredible teletherapy benefit by visiting AcademicLiveCare. Refer to the email that was sent to eligible graduate students for the Service Key when signing up for an account. For technical support, call (866) 882-0343.

For HPU related questions regarding eligibility and the Graduate Online Care Fee, contact the Dean of Students Office at dyeager@hpu.edu.
