Research and Innovation Opportunities
Oceanic Institute
The Oceanic Institute of Hawaii Pacific University (OI) is a non-profit research and development organization dedicated to aquaculture, biotechnology, and coastal research management. OI partners in research dedicated to training future leaders in marine conservation and participating in workforce development for STEM disciplines.
Downtown Science Labs
Our newly unveiled Downtown Science Labs offer a 20,000-square-foot science complex that allows for innovation and research for our HPU students, faculty, and staff. The building features four floors, five teaching labs, and eight research labs, allowing for a significant leap forward for experiential learning and research for future leaders in STEM.
Military Campus Programs
HPU's Military Campus Programs specialize in helping military service members, their families, Veterans, U.S. Department of Defense civilians, and other non-traditional students achieve their educational and professional goals while on base.

The Center for Academic Success offers free, individualized tutoring to registered HPU graduate students. Tutoring is offered on a voluntary walk-in basis or online.
