Dr. Mari Tada’s full name is Dayle Tada, but she likes to be called by her middle name, "Mari", and she was born and raised in Hawaii. Dr. Tada has been an occupational therapist for over 20 years primarily in acute care, though she is also a co-owner of an outpatient clinic on Oahu with her husband who is a physical therapist. Her and her husband have one daughter. In Dr. Tada’s leisure hours, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and reading
