Dr. Michael Falcon was born and raised in the Central Valley of California, doing my undergraduate work in Sacramento and completing my professional degrees in Oregon, the place I call home today. Although Dr. Falcon lives and works in the US, the world around us is where his love and passions exist. Dr. Falcon has been fortunate to establish his practice area of international program development as a global consultant and advocate. He has had the pleasure of working with communities in Haiti, Colombia, Ecuador, South Africa and New Zealand.
