CASHIERING HOURS: HPU accepts in-person cash payments Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30am-4:00pm Hawaii Standard Time (except for university holidays). Checks, cashier's checks, and money orders may be delivered any time during the Student Service Center’s open hours and will be receipted or processed to the student account the following business day if delivered after 4:00pm. Cash payments are not accepted before 8:30am or after 4:00pm.

We respectfully request that university departments (not students) making deposits request an appointment when possible to ensure coverage and minimal interruption to student services.

OPTION 2: Accounts Receivable/Collections (for questions about student account balances, eBill statements, financial holds, making payments, monthly payment plans, and tax form 1098T)

OPTION 3: Grants and Federal Aid (for questions about Perkins Loans, Nursing Loans, and Financial Aid refunds)

OPTION 4: Accounts Payable (for vendor payments, employee expense reimbursements, and P-card questions)
