Social Media Coordinator

We’re looking for creative, self-motivated social media interns to help bring Hawaii Pacific University’s brand to life online. Students will create content from idea to publication, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced digital team.

Responsibilities include:

• Brainstorming and pitching content ideas aligned with current trends
• Filming and editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks)
• Capturing campus events, student life, and academic moments
• Writing captions and assisting with posting across platforms
• Staying up to date on social media trends and platform features
• Collaborating with team members while also managing individual content projects

This role is ideal for students who are passionate about storytelling, comfortable with video creation & potentially being an on-screen presence, and excited to showcase the HPU experience in a creative and authentic way.
