With a background in healthcare informatics and experience in managing enterprise application training, Leeann brings a compassionate approach to application management and support. During the pandemic, Leeann honed her skills training users on new applications under challenging conditions, which has uniquely prepared her for her current role.

At HPU, Leeann is dedicated to supporting and expanding the use of Navigate360, a key tool in promoting student success. Her expertise in application administration and training ensures that both students and staff have the resources and support they need to thrive.

Beyond her professional life, Leeann enjoys roller skating and listening to podcasts, and she has a fun history as a former Zamboni driver. Her diverse interests and experiences enrich her approach to work and contribute to her empathetic and innovative mindset.
