Pete Chee Zachraias, System Administrator
Pete joined ITS as a System Administrator in the fall of 2023.
He is originally from the Marshall Islands, a small island nation southwest of Hawaiʻi.
Pete moved to Honolulu four years ago to attend Hawaiʻi Pacific University, where he majored in Computer Science. Prior to joining HPU as a staff member, Pete was a student worker at ITS.
His accomplishments include competing in the 2022 Hawaii Annual Code Challenge for a school project and helping to create a website for Event Medics Hawaii (EMH), a company that provides available emergency medical services at events - https://eventmedicshawaii.com/.
Elijah Martinez, Multimedia Analyst II
Elijah started at HPU as a freshman in the fall of 2018. He joined Information Technology Services (ITS) as a student worker in 2019 and was recently hired as a Multimedia Analyst.
As a sophomore, he joined the basketball team as a walk- on and played until the end of the 2022/2023 season.
Elijah graduated in the fall of 2022 with a Multimedia and Cinematic Production degree. He is currently working towards his Master’s in Strategic Communications degree and is set to graduate at the end of spring 2024.
