Struggling to finish the semester? Campus Activities Board has got you covered! Listed below are the days and times for stress relieving activities happening on the Downtown and Hawaii Loa Campuses, starting April 22-30 (excluding Friday, Saturday and Sunday). The Libraries, Learning Commons, and Center for Academic Success are also providing their own extended hours and Countdown to Finals treats! Events are for all HPU students. Be sure to have your HPU ID available.
Monday, April 22
Trivia and Trail Mix: 6:00 – 8:00 pm, ATM MPR3
Dr. Vince Tsushima, from the College of Liberal Arts, will lead trivia contests (with prizes!) at 6:10, 6:50, and 7:30. Build your own trail mix to enjoy during the contests or to take with you for sustenance as you prepare to ace your finals.

One-Day Dog Cafe: 1:30 – 3:30 pm, ATM Atrium
Before going back to your studies, take a well-deserved break with therapy dogs, a coffee/tea bar, breakfast items, and more!
Decompress & Destress : 6:00 – 8:00 pm, PL600 (6th floor, Multi-Purpose Room)
College of Business is providing an available space to eat delicious food, hang out with your friends, find a quiet space to study or meet with your group to prep for final presentations!

Snack Shack: 1:30 – 5:00 pm, HLC Front Lanai
The College of Health and Society invites you to take your mind off of finals by grabbing a snack-to-go, or by sitting and talking stories.
Gaming Night (ITS): 6:00- 8:00 pm, eSports Arena
Having trouble surviving the end of the term? Join eSports for a fun night with food, video games, board games, and small giveaways!
Thursday, April 25
Relaxation Station: 4:00 - 8:00 pm, ATM Center Atrium
Join your Student Government Association for a night of relaxation! Enjoy a study break with a bounce house, yoga, meditation, face masks, tea and more!
Karaoke Night: 6:00 – 8:00 pm, ATM 2nd Floor Blue Pavilion
Campus Activities Board invites you to Aloha Tower Marketplace for a fun night with nachos, refreshments, and karaoke! Unwind and relax by singing the stress away!

Slip-N-Slide: 1:30 - 3:30 pm, HLC
Slide through finals - Bring a towel & a friend to HLC and we’ll supply the floaties, music, snacks and good time!

Paint Night: 6:00 – 8:00 pm, ATM MPR4
Enjoy a relaxing evening of step-by-step painting inspired by the beauty of Hawaiian islands! Painting offers stress relief, strengthens your memory, and promotes an optimistic attitude. No experience required.
