Professor of Organizational Change Gerald Glover, Ph.D., co-authored an article titled, “Cross-Cultural Competence: Performance-Based Assessment and Training” in the most recent issue of The Organization Development Journal, an international peer reviewed journal that is published quarterly and abstracted in Psychological Abstracts, PsycINFO, PsycAlert, Psylit, Institute for Scientific Information and Anbar Management Publications databases. The Journal enhances the capacity for practices of organization development and change.

The Master of Arts in Organization Development and Change prepares students to be global problem solvers in the world of ever-changing dynamics. HPU’s graduates facilitate organizational and cultural change around the world and return often to guide and mentor.
