Diploma Mailing Address: The diploma will be mailed to the address indicated on your Petition to Graduate.
Changing the Diploma Mailing Address: Once a petition has been filed, please notify the Registrar's Office immediately if you change your diploma mailing address. Please note that address changes must include the student's signature and be completed either in person, via fax or via mail.
Maintaining your Mailing Address:You may also use the HPU Pipeline to update your other addresses, but please be aware that this process will not automatically change your diploma mailing address and you must notify the Registrar's office if you have used HPU Pipeline for the address change. To expedite the process, please note that the address change is for your diploma mailer. Both your mailing address and your diploma mailer address will then be changed.
Official Transcripts: Official transcripts are the official certification that you have earned a degree. If you have submitted a request for official transcripts to include your degree certification, the transcripts will be sent after your degree is awarded and after all account information has been cleared. Transcript requests received after the degree posting date will be processed in five to ten working days.
